This Text Message Policy explains how text messages (SMS/MMS) related to loan requests submitted through PaydayLoans.Epigenome-Noe.net work and how to stop them. It forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Consent
You will receive text messages only if you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts when you submit a request. Messages may be sent by the form operator or by lenders and partners reviewing your request, and may use automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of obtaining a loan or using this Site.
Types of messages
- Updates about your loan request, such as confirmation and next steps
- Identity or verification codes
- Offers or reminders, where you agreed to receive them
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan; we do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. If you received texts from more than one sender, reply STOP to each of them.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Your mobile information
Payday Linet does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent collected for SMS purposes with third parties for their own marketing. Lenders and partners that text you are responsible for their own messaging practices.
Wrong number or changed number
If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number first, or email us so we can pass on your request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
