About our service. PaydayLoans.Epigenome-Noe.net (the “Site”) is an online loan request service operated by Payday Linet LTD (“Payday Linet,” “we”). The Site does not offer or make loans, does not make credit decisions, and does not act as a loan broker or agent of any lender. We provide a service that lets you submit a loan request so that lenders and lending partners can review it. We do not charge you for using the Site.

Your information. Payday Linet LTD does not collect, store or sell your personal information. The request form is provided and operated by a third-party partner: the information you enter goes directly to that form operator and to lenders in its network under the privacy notice shown with the form, so they can evaluate your request. Lenders may verify your identity and may obtain your credit report from Equifax, Experian or TransUnion or use alternative credit data. See our Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices.

Rates, fees and terms. Lenders set their own rates, fees and repayment terms, and Payday Linet has no control over them. Before you sign, the lender (or, in Texas, the Credit Access Business) must disclose the APR, finance charge, total of payments and payment schedule. Read them carefully; you are under no obligation to accept an offer. Representative example: a $300 loan repaid in one payment after 14 days with a $45 fee has an APR of about 391%. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees, collection activity and negative credit reporting. Renewals and refinancing increase the total cost.

Availability. Not all lenders operate in all states, and loan amounts, products and terms depend on state law. Short-term loans are not available in every state, and service areas may change without notice. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender or receive a loan offer. Check that a lender is licensed with your state regulator before you agree to a loan.

Compensation. Payday Linet may be compensated by lenders or partners when you submit a request or obtain a loan. See How We Make Money and our Advertising Disclosure.

Important. Short-term loans are meant for short-term financial needs, not as a long-term solution. Information on this Site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. If you have trouble repaying, contact your lender right away; a nonprofit credit counselor can also help. Active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act.
